Horrible service

I was involved in an accident on February 2024 and Vap-sure s client crashed on my car, it was entirely his fault because he drove from his side and crushed my car, he did his claim and Vap-sure paid him and they said I must send two quotations as a third party of Wich I did and up until now they have not fixed my car and they are no where to be found when I try to call them they say I must send an email of which I have sent numerous times but no luck,it's been a year an I don't have a car because of their client who crashed my car and they are not cooperating with me as the third party, I am so frustrated !! My claim number is VAPSUR***
