Horrible customer service

My car was ****** and left with a damaged ignition and ****** computer box just down our street and it has been with the insurance for 5 months now leaving me stranded with no transportation to work,all I hear is we are still waiting for parts. How hard can it be to fix a VW ignition that has to take 6 months. Not to mention the rudeness of Ben's panel beaters reception
