My name is Maphuti Joseph Mpyana cell no *** , On the day 31 August i hd been involved in a hijacking and kidnapping situation luckily i have manged to escape. I have been insured with vapsure under bryte where I got hijacked in a process I was forced to drive until I . I manged to drive off the road and escaped the ****s. I got help from the police ...... called my insurance they towed my car to the safe as the investigation takes place ...... I followed their process until I have told that my car was a write off . I have asked them to email me the accessors report which they didn't sent. Later on they have asked me to send Settlement letter and a Natis copy from the financing house. I didn't sent to them both with the car keys ,later the sent a letter that show how much they are going to pay for the the retail price which I'd *** thousand but the Settlement was 277 000 thousand that was way much more than that . On top of the the they took out the access fee which was 5000 and the towing fee that I knew was part of my package now they charge me too many things that I don't know where are they coming from that left me with payable amount of 151 546,80 and even today they stil didn't pay .
