FAILURE TO PAYOUT AND POOR SERVICE DELIVERY BY VAP-SURE INSURANCE

I am really crushed at the way Vap-sure insurance treated me like nothing when I needed them the most. This insurance company is selfish,self centered and in considerate. It was my first time buying a car and I joined Vap-sure because I believed that the day I would be in need of assistance they would be there for me but little did I know that all they worried about is gaining our money and not assist us. What annoyed me the most is they towed my vehicle from home and took it to be assesed for more than a month at a panel beater in town and never gave me any feedback I had to keep calling and they told me they would call back but never did I had to use alot of money to keep in contact with them regarding my car. Than they rejected my claim and expect me to pay for also storage where they took the car on their own discretion it's totally wrong and unfair and I thank Hellopeter for such a platform where we can expose such people and warn my felo people not to join this insurance they go out of their way not to pay but the like to eat money of people who are struggling this is wrong and very stressful to us because we want peace of mind but how will we get it being treated like garbage because they see no use since we need them.
