Cristo Mare deserves a salary raise

Thank you very much to the Claims Handler, Cristo Mare for the regular feedback and for always responding to my queries on time. He deserves a salary raise. I had my first ever MVA claim and I expected the worst service but Cristo Mare proved me wrong.
