Cancellation of insurance and reverse my money

Kindly assist by cancelling the insurance. All the requared documents were not send due to not taking the car.

1 first at ford did not able to use confirmation because addresses the were not matching. Bank will reject it Sinhle from motion broker was aware of that and he did not do anything about it. 2. Following policy change to Renault without confiming with with. Even the lady by the name of Sindiswa did not called me to confirm about changes of Renault.

Mail was send to Renault that I do not have their policy so I ended cancelling everything because it was not matching.

Please reverse the debited amount in my account as I will no longer use the insurance. Another mail was send on 25th September to Sindisile and Single that I did not take the car they have to cancelled.

No one followed up or responded to my mail to find out why do I cancel.
