No transparency at all……No professionalism

If You submit a claim there won’t bother reply with information on how to go about the claim:You have to call them so that they gave you the claims forms.

After you have submitted the claim forms they don’t even bothered to confirm receipt of the documents .You have to call them again which they will reply telephonically that yes we have received your documents and a claim person person will contact you.

The ETA is 72 Hours for claim to be processed.(Documents submitted Friday evening).

I had to call them again on Wednesday after no one has given me update/progress but to be told that response will be available on Friday.

I called again on Friday at 16h00 after there was no response only to be told that I will get reply before end of day.

I later received a call at 17h15 which is out of business hours.

And the call was a regret we will not be able to cover your claim you can go and collect your car to avoid further storage costs.And you wonder if you are calling me at this hour which other business will still be open?

So now you will be standing at an additional 3 days extra storage until the panel shop opens on Monday again.

I wish I had cancelled earlier after they failed to settle my friends claim who had an accident in Richmond and was left with R 15 000 in storage costs.And had to tow the vehicle from Beaufort west to Cape Town.
