VAPS (Valet Airport Parking Services) - STAY AWAY

Vehicle booking in on 20 September 2023, inspection done and all seemed fine. Returned on 22 September 2023, during inspection found that vehicle was seriously damaged/bumped. Phoned the contact number, reported damage, send them photos and all seemed OK at that point in time. As per their T&C vehicle parked subject to my insurance and VAPS will cover the excess payment. And that's were it started, up and down with WA's. Firstly VAPS wasn't happy with the excess, they claimed they can repair for less (damages close to ZAR9,000), I didn't accept VAPS proposal as the Panel beater they proposed not reputable (google search). Then they offered ZAR3,000 as payment by them, which is less than my excess. I then accepted, just to be informed later that they have now decided, they can't be held responsible, as they claimed damages didn't happen whilst vehicle in their care. Bottom line gave in without damage, received back with damage !!! So STAY AWAY, they out there to cause damage and walk away from their responsibility, just not trustworthy. Don't believe anything they promise on the booking website !!!
