Paid for an item over 1 month ago that I did not receive

I purchased a Mattress Vacuum Cleaner with UV-C Light & HEPA Filter from Vaposhine on Friday, 24 October 2025. I even received an Order Number 561443 but to this day I have not received my order. I have sent emails but it comes back as unsent or returned with address not found. Please can you assist. The monies has gone off my account as well. I don't know why they doing this to innocent people who are trying to make ends meet. The item was reasonable and that is the reason I purchased it. Little did I know that this was a ****. Please will you be able to assist me in trying to get my monies back from this company.
