Payment accepted, no delivery after 20 days

Purchased vaping equipment online thru site [URL Removed] And selected delivery via courier. Payment was made 3 March 2015. Sent emails through requesting status update of order on 9 March, as well as text message and what's app , to no avail. On 18 March, received email saying order shipped, after 3 rd enquiry on the site. Received no tracking number. Called Shane 23 March, he said he would follow up. I later received an email with a sapo tracking number that does not exist. I paid for courier service, and so demanded a full refund. I have had no further reply and have lost over R400. Don't buy from this site!
