Bad Service

Ordered device 02/12/2014 - received approx 10/12/2014. Given as gift on 25/12/2014 to discover that incorrect colour was supp****. The device never worked and tried to contact supplier from 28/12/2014. Finally received a response on 13/01/2015. Was told to return item (at my cost) on 15/01/2015. It was received by supplier on 20/01/2015. I have since tried communicating with the supplier and to date no response. I have no device and am out of pocket R1214.00 plus courier charge.
