I decide on a Device online, pay, and 13 hours later it gets delivered. Wow! Switch on, LCD screen is nowhere..... Double check... Nothing. Phone the "global number". Explain my problem. Solution: they will send a Courier to collect......refund (no questions asked).....blah, blah. I send my concern via WA, banking detail etc. Reply: No issues, refund as soon as they receive the faulty device. A bit later I receive a very sincere apologetic WA regd the faulty device. (Nice, ne). And then I get a recommendation to another Device. (Yeah, anything to avoid a refund....). Next morning I decide I'll take the faulty device in myself. (Wanna look this guy in the eye while he "sell's" me this other device.....). Drive out, get to the Shop, introduce myself.... and I am suddenly greeted by a very pleasant guy. (For a moment I felt like royalty...). Craig. Inspects the faulty device, (I wasn't hallucinating, still stikkend). Apologies received. (Thank you!!!) Shows me the recommended device, explains pro's and con's, personal experience of the device (thoroughly explain the workings of the recommended device, do's and don'ts, blah blah). All the while I'm hanging on Craig's lips - this guy knows what he is talking about, has personal experience with devices, and can explain a manual like a novel....!? He tilts me to the recommended device plus extras, for the same price as the faulty device. New device in the bag, I walk over to the Nic section. Explain what I'm vaping at the moment ( I want these Pods, Nic Salt juice etc....). So then this big calm guy's eyes light up - apparently I've actually been doing it wrong - poisoning myself. (Yeah, Vaping is not chewing bubblegum, I know.....) It is the first time since I've started vaping, where a Person, behind a Sales Counter, explain the chemical workings of vaping Nic Salts. In a manner that is understandable. (I was shocked - everything he said made sense.....). The long and the short of my experience at Vaper's Corner.....: I walk out of the Shop with a superior ehrb device. Appropriate Pods to my Nic Salts device. Superior juice to what I'm used to. Knowledge...... about ehrb and Vaping - that you cannot buy. And I met Craig - one of the most genuine Vape Shop owners I have ever met. Vaper's Corner caters to any Vaping Person. Salts, Glycerin, Cloud Mods, Ehrb (and "Dysfunctional disposals"). If you need more than the Kiosk shops offer - or the same - go to Vaper's Corner. I walked out with better products and knowledge that no other shop could ever / have ever offered me. Cuddo's to Craig and his Team!!!
