VAPERITE DEBITING CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS MULTIPLE TIMES FOR ONE TRANSACTION

Really bad experience! Made an in-store purchase and the machine "declined" twice. On the third attempt the payment went through. However the payment was deducted 3 times from my account! I took this up with management and they only refer me to third parties. After dealing with the third parties for weeks, I still haven't received a refund for the funds lost! The third parties who are dealing with card machines also advised me that I'm not the only customer that had this experience. Vaperite is offering little to no assistance with this and whenever I check up on the progress, they are just telling me the transaction was not received by them and I have to deal with the third party card machine issuer.
