Vaperite Benoni up in smoke

After seeing the reviews on Vaperite, I suppose that I am most probably wasting my time in writing this review, but I do not wish to do any more business with them. I will rather travel a bit further and visit the Vuse kiosks.

After purchasing several devices (I have one in each colour), from Vaperite Benoni, I had a problem with 2 of the devices as they stopped charging. They were more than happy to sell the devices to me and informed me of the warrantee, but when I had a problem, they refused to replace the devices or give me a refund. The first time I had an issue, I was told that the the Regional Manager was not prepared to replace the device. However, they offered me a 10 % discount but I had to purchase another device!

Now that the other devices are not charging, they refuse point blank to assist me - apparently because the one device has a dent (I dropped it), and the other device has a scratch on it. Vuse, on the other hand have been amazing and their customer service is fantastic. They have a warranty on their products and are going to replace the device that I purchased from their kiosk - no questions asked. Vuse is a wonderful product - I love the small, dainty device, and I have my favourite flavours! Both times I have gone back to Vaperite with problems, their response was that I should rather purchase a different brand device, which to me is also *********.
