Vaperite

I purchased products online on the 9th of April. It was clear to me that the products will only be delivered after lockdown. I did a online banking transfer and paid to the items. Two days ago I checked my account on Vaperite and it says that my order has been cancelled. I have sent over 10 emailed to all vaperites email accounts. But no reply?

I then made a new order, hoping they would refund me aswell, but I order cbd gummies with it and thought they would then deliver in lockdown. Not to my knowledge it had to be a cbd oil. I then sent a message on facebook to Vaperite abd started speaking to Farah. Whome I already emailed the dat before with all my accoubt details as yo get my refund. She then said it will have to be a cbd oil to be delivered within lockdown. I then said ok, change my 2nd order... take off all products except vaporesso pod(salt) abd and berry cbd oil and pay back the rest to me as my refund. I have called het over 10 times and zi am getting no answer. I want my refund and my products asap, this service is pathetic to say the least.
