Terrible service

I had ordered vape juice end of March. It said my order was on hold but ordered everything that was in the covid guidelines. After countless calls and mails, someone phoned me and said that they will refund my order, that was a month ago. They do not answer phones or mails and owe me over a grand's worth. Very disappointed as this was my go to vape shop.
