⚠ Quick to sell. Doesn't want products returned.⚠

I bought a 30cm bong from them online, had to pay delivery too(R100), when it arrived it had greasy finger smears all over it, which I had to scrub to get off. The product was also not up to the standard that I thought it would be, it was very plasticky & didn't feel sturdy. Glue particulates were already coming loose from the stem before I even used it.

I used it twice & sent them an email saying I'd like to return it, after maybe a WEEK I finally got an email back saying it'll cost me R100 to send it back to them. They didn't offer a refund or was even interested to ask what was wrong. I rep**** that I can't pay R100 & would rather leave an honest comment on the product page about the quality.

They haven't approved my review on the site yet. Meaning they supress negative reviews of purchased products. 🛑Be warned folks. They're quick to sell. But won't be there if you need anything returned. ******
