Disappointed

I placed an order online on the 29th May, I made a direct transfer and I send proof of payment with my payment, to make sure there is no delay from my side. On the Monday morning I send them an email to confirm order with proof of payment, I received an email back from Vaperite, they received my proof of payment and will allocate. On Wednesday I went online to check my order, and status showed, ON HOLD/WAITING FOR PAYMENT… I then send them another email, to confirm date of delivery with my order number and my proof of payment, I still haven’t received any feedback. On Friday this is now been a week, I send them another email, asking them can you please advise when will order take place and when I can expect a delivery with my order sheet and my proof of payment, till today I have not received any feedbac****!
