AWESOME - A TRUE reflection of excellent customer service

This review covers my experiences from the Branch in Port Elizabeth and my online shopping experience! People are so quick to give bad reviews, but seldom take the time to applaud good service. I'm from Jhb and down here for family reasons, so since Feb 2023 have been using Vaperite. I cant remember his name, but have often been served by the young gent with the red hair and the young lady with the blonde hair. A couple of others too, so all tolled, I've had nothing other than excellent service and good advice from all the staff. They've really gone out of their way to try and satisfy this very fussy customer! I have grown particularly fond of the Turkish Blend and know that they've been trying to get stock for weeks, so yesterday, I took a chance and ordered on-line. ANOTHER seamless transaction and exceptional service! My goodies were delivered this morning and I'm as happy as Larry! Thank You Vaperite! Your service ROCKS! Keep it up!
