Worst online experience ever!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever !!!!!!!!! With nicotine not being sold during lockdown, Vape.co.za still advertises that this is a product being sold... When I want to cancel my order, Mangus decides to send out something that i did not want at all. When i asked for him to collect it and refund my money he starts to get an attitude and completely refuse to refund me or better yet not even send my change that is owed to me. I've always done online purchases and this is the worst ever!!!!! His a ripe off , advertising things thats not being sold to get a quick buck out of people.
