Radio Silence!

By far the worst experience ever!!! Placed an order in Lockdown. With the ban on tobacco products, I assumed that they will be able to ship hardware and accessories like most of the online Vape shops. Magnus was quick to reply that they do not ship right now, thus all orders will be processed after the ban was lifted. Which is understandable, so i kindly requested they cancel my order and refund me (I mean I know I have the right to). Needless to say, radio silence. So hard to trust online shops when THIS is the kind of service you get.
