Vape store bad service

<p>I bought a smok alien online from vapeshop. i went in today to the Vapeshop in Rosebank to get my mod fixed and they told me it cannot be fixed despite having a valid warrenty. According to them my warranty does not cover burnt out the mother board. At no point was i ever advised of rules for charging. </p>
