Shipped used products.

So i placed an order for a Aegis legend kit and some other items coming to R2750 and had it shipped to me, once i opened my package i noticed the tamper seals were broken..the box of the legend kit was a little banged up..once i opened it i found my spare tank with a crack in it. the legend mod itself came with bubble glass and a resin tip on the tank (not standard) apart from that there were a few scratches in the paint on the tank, the other thing i saw was that there was no protective film over the screen and the screen was scratched up quite badly. this is clearly a returned mod or perhaps a demo mod...it blows my mind how this could be shipped to me. i paid for a brand new product.....and as you would expect no reply from support. first and last time i will buy from them
