NO RESPONSE

I placed an order on the 27th May, the money was deducted, I received a confirmation email aswell. I read on the T&C's if paid with a credit card, which goes through immediately, and if the order is done before 15:00, you can expect delivery within 24hours. I have emailed them 28th and again 29th, with NO RESPONSE. A friend of mine ordered on the same day (27th), but in evening, and he received a tracking number on the 28th. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME.......
