Mod charging port broke after 4 months

<p>my mod charging block broke after 4 months of use. Vape shop rosebank told me to take my stuff and ****** off as they only carry a one month guarantee. It's crazy that you carry a one month warranty on a 1k item. That is saying I sell ****py stuff.</p> <p> </p> <p>i never wanted a refund I just wanted then to give me a explanation but they went defensive claiming I dropped it then it was I charged it in a laptop then I charged it in a car. All ****. Josh a young boy working there thinks he is someone special. Told me to I shouldn't come there to get a refund or return. Not once did I ask for a return or a refund. Just an explanation. Will never support them again</p>
