Battery no longer works and no warranty

I am absolutely horrified with the response I received from the vape shop. I purchased a vape less than a year ago and the battery has stopped working, they tell me they only offer a 1 month warranty, in this day and age what kind of warranty is that? They clearly don't stand behind their product. They tell me it's my fault because I didn't charge it through the wall socket, yet they don't inform you of this when you buy their product and they don't sell the device with a wall plug charger. Avoid buying this product, it is not worth the money you spend and there are far better brands out there that stand by their name.
