bad customer service

Ordering flavors, coils and accessories for a vape should be simple. it's the third time that i have ordered online and received the wrong items. when i call them, i am told they did not have stock. instead of calling to confirm, they just ship off the closest item to the customers request. this is extremely bad service, i will no longer be ordering online from Vape shop.
