Dear Vape King

I do not normally complain, but I feel it is needed in this instance.

On your website it states that your Menlyn Maine store is open from Monday - Saturday: 09:00AM - 19:00. I rushed excitingly to the store from Midrand, as I stay in Pretoria east, to be met with a closed sign at 18:45. The staff was standing inside chatting with their backpacks in hand indicating with their hands that the store is closed. I felt stupid standing there like an ass in front of a closed store, as if I did not do my research on store hours before my arrival.

Is there a specific reason why the store closed early without indicating this when I called the store earlier in the evening at 18:13? Yes, I did not specifically ask, but if they are open at 18:13 and the store hours are from 09:00 to 19:00 I would think they would be there up to at least 19:00. Am I wrong to assume this? The person I had a conversation with could have said: "Please note that if you are planning to visit the store today to purchase the Voopoo Drag Max, we will be closing earlier than advertised today."

If you could please get back to me on this and let me know what your actual trading hours are for tomorrow, I would appreciate it to avoid another disappointment. I did post this message on the Vape King website, but once submitted it just said to contact Vape King below...
