Vape King Doesn't Care About its employees.. Does it care about its customers then?

If I could give them no stars, I would. The general manager and part owner came in and fired my brother because "they need a more permanent staff member"and he was not there. The reason he is not there is because we recently found out our father has cancer. Our father went to an oncologist and delivered news to us the day before my brother was fired. My brother had, at this point, not taken a many days off, and if he did, it was unpaid leave. He didn't even take time off when his mother was in hospital for fear of getting fired, which is now proven to be a viable fear as Vape King appear to not care for their staff. Furthermore, my brother was not even a permanent employee and as such, should not have been unfairly dismissed "for not being permanent staff" WITHOUT even a day's notice. Lastly, he works a 9-5 day, sometimes over time, five days of the week, and this was labeled as "part-time" without a contract- which he was never offered. A colleague told the GM and part owner about our father's situation, and it was relayed that they did not care. Vape King Stoneridge is the epitome of corporate filth and cares none for its employees, and presumably, their customers too.
