*******- Cancel your order without consent with no refund issued

On the 18th May, I have placed an order with Vape King totaling R340. They have accepted and taken the payment out of my bank account with the order being processed. Minutes later I see the order shows cancelled ( not by my request) with no refund to this day, being 05.06.20. Im out of pocket on my order and no goods to show. Tried ringing them 5 times, no lies, and emeailed their sales support 3 times with no reaponse. ******* and ***** online retailer! Will never make use of them again. PS: nowhere on their website did it state when orders were placed that coils cannot be shipped due to Covid 19.
