Stay far away!!!

I recently cancelled an order and placed a second one. It was a nightmare getting back a refund and took me almost 4-5 weeks and 50+ phone calls.

The people at the head office are completely always oblivious and making false promises. They will either ask for information or falsely say it's been resolved.

I have got my money back now but i would not recommend them at all!
