Poor service and bad products

I ordered a bottle of Vape King Classics Menthol Ice and it tastes like absolutely nothing. I send Vape King an email 2 weeks ago and they still havent reply. This is not acceptable. I cannot leave a review on the product on their website. This product is definitely not what it says.
