Online Cyber ***** of Vape King South Africa BE WARNED!

I ordered online on Wednesday 20th of November. I was forced to pay an extra R100.00 for OVERNIGHT delivery. They advised that delivery would be delivered Friday 22nd. They (Vape King) emailed me to say the order (VK57899) was complete, yet I am still not in possession of the goods ordered. The Courier Guy, their courier service DO NOT DELIVER to my area. They have since outsourced the goods which will only arrive FRIDAY 29th of November. Is that OVERNIGHT DELIVERY? I called Marcel at the South Coast Mall branch and he told me it was my problem as The Courier Guy collected it, so therefore the order is complete and not Vape Kings problem. I have an issue with that. I then contacted Tasha of HEAD OFFICE Kyalami Branch. I explained the story to which she agreed Vape King are disgraceful at their service. She proised to call me after our call on Monday 25th of November at 11am. It is now Tuesday 26th of November and not one person from Vape King has the courage to call me with their solution. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AS THIS IS CYBER CRIME! I want my money back now, I want to be compensated for your lies and you should be ashamed that not one staff member of Vape King has the ***** to man up and deal with your **** service!
