Not buying at vape king again

Ive arranged to collect a product at the menlyn maine branch, ive spoken to 2 managers on the phone the head office and menlyn(menlyn said ask main office). They assured me they could deliver it to menlyn maine in a week, the waiting started to get the call for collection. A week went by(expected date was 27 july 2018) and nothing few more days nothing, then i called and tried to cancel my order they assured me its fine and cancelled. Today we recieve an email from them to collect the thing at the kyalami race track in another city.

This is after ive already drove out there to buy the same product previously i wanted another one for my gf(as a now belated gift). As a return customer i thought things would go off well The price was good and the product nice so i wanted to get another. But after many calls and some store visits. i my gf gets an email(i gave her e-mail, i thought it would be cute) Today she calls me tells me all excitedly that it has not been cancelled and has arrived and asked if i would go fetch it. I get there and have her send me the email (with the collection details added so they don't forget what they agreed to) I go to menlyn maine and they know nothing about the parcel. And then i see its at a race track in another city, this was after we were told to collect it. I was offered free shipping by the owner (after i posted publicly in a forum) to sort this mess out but, Im not sending them the cash after all this, just to be told i can collect the thing myself at a f***ng race track in another city again which i have done once. Anyway no hate goes to menlyn maine as they tried to help and their franchise is not really connected to head office. As they don't share anything other than the name apparently like the vape king from england who also makes e-liquid.
