Near death experience brought to you by Vape King

On Sunday morning I had a rather traumatic experience with a Tesiyi 18***MAH 40A battery that was bought from Vape King about 3 months ago. The battery spontaneously ruptured inside a back pack that was being carried. The battery is charged with an Intellicharger and is run in a Kangertech K-box Mini (both purchased from vape king)<br> <br> Thankfully no one was badly injured during the incident but we did lose an ID book, a firearm licence, a cell phone and obviously the back pack, all were damaged from the fire. I shudder to think what may have happened if the battery was in my pocket or unattended inside my house when it turned into a flame thrower. All things considered we got away with the bare minimum damage, it could have been much worse!<br> <br> I emailed Vape King and they took 4 days and several phone calls to acknowledge the email, Eventually i began corresponding with Warren (the owner) about the indecent and he immediately, washed his hands of all responsibility because the battery was not inside a plastic case. This was the first i heard about this requirement, at no point during the sale did anyone from vape king tell me about this or try to sell me such a case.<br>
