iStick pico

<p>I just bought my iStick Pico today and is really disappointed. Whilst busy removing the tank it burst in my hand. This is really disaapointed as the Salesman in the shop already struggled to open the top and should have known that there is something wrong. Will you assist me in getting this replaced or should I have rather gone for the Twisp?</p>
