I want my vape replaced or refunded

........ what bulllll is this guys. Bought a vape from them after a few days it stopped working. We took it back and was promised a new one as soon as the received new stock, just to find out the store has now closed and we have a problem. We have emailed them phoned endless times but yet, NO REPLY!!! NO ANSWER. 👎
