Disappointed

I purchased merchandise on the internet from this company. When I was still in Johannesburg, I received excellent service from their Fourways branch ehere I spent thousands of rands. When I moved away, I thought stick with the company you know gives great service right? I placed a order on 17/6, and it arrived here overnight as I expected, used to great service. When I started using the products I had huge problems with it. Within the 7 day period, I sent email after email notifying them of the problen so they could exchange for me with another brand I was fami**** with that I purchased from them before, multiple times. NO reply on my emails, NO phone calls nothing. NOW I placed another order, leaving it pending until they can contact me, and we can come to a comprimise. One phone call is all it will take. I can refer lots of clients there, but will not do so until mine is solved. I quote Inv no. #70904
