Bad service bad management

This branch is the worst ever... their attude sucks! Their manager is so rude! I bought a Argus gt2 4 months ago by them... it was never recorded on the system. No slip was provided... now it needs to be replaced due to problems its been giving and now menlyn branch cant find it.. I expect a full explanation and plan on how you are going to rectify this.... speaking of Centurion branch @vapekingCenturion
