Bad service

Bought 2 Punk Ape vapes with 2 Sherif custard juices and 2 pods amounting too R770.00 on Saturday 29/04/23. The strawberry banana vape did not work at all. Took it back on Sunday and they refused to exchange it. Paid R190.00 for one. This is **** customer service, I will take my business elsewhere
