#64812 - Misleading Information
Extremely misleading on their website. Their website leads you to believe that they're trading during lockdown. It even gives you a delivery date. When people want their money refunded, there is no communication whatsoever on their behalf. Even a social media post stating they will be refunding those who placed orders would be sufficient and give customers piece of mind. But there is no communication whatsoever.
I hope they do NOT charge a handling fee or return fee as stipulated in their terms and conditions as NO orders where even dispatched and delivered.

Trying to **** people who are also struggling during this pandemic? Very terrible of you. You're able to comment on hello peter but cannot respond to emails ? Just give the people back their money.
