Bad service and customer care service

I bought 2 elf bars in Dec one 17th dec and one 20th December I am not happy I went back and explained to them that the disposable was faulty they refused to replace it as I am not a big smoker. I am not happy this is at krugersdorp vape junction. I even phoned the owner and he was not very helpful as well.
