BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE- VAPE HUB KNYSNA

Had a very bad experience…purchased from this place many times until I bought a bottle of Juice, Nicotine shot and a pod two days ago. As usual I went there and the service from the guy there’s always good..however i was at work trying to fill my pod the next day as he had filled it up for me the previous day…the juice was squirting out the bottle and landed everywhere on the floor. I proceeded not to fill..I thought maybe I had squeezed the bottle and too much came out the part where it’s released from…only to find when I tried filling again it the bottle itself was broken and defective. I first called and I spoke to someone else not the guy who helped me first…I asked where he was and he wasn’t at work or available as yet and I then went for lunch and upon my return he was back….I explained to him what happened and he also called his boss as the first guy did earlier on …the boss “Sakkie” simply refused to understand that it was a defective product/bottle and just wouldn’t exchange it for a new bottle and that’s all I wanted was a new one as the half of the bottle was now already gone because of it leaking juice….i will never ever return there because it’s highly unlikely that they’ll exchange your product for you if there’s an issue/problem… very disappointing and on top of it I am a regular customer…no customer service from the higher ups…bad service…as a service Guru myself I cannot understand how some of these people think….your customer is your first priority…your bread and butter…one should go the extra mile to keep your customers happy so that they can return and also refer others to the business…not in my case though…I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with “Sakkie” at VapeHub Knysna
