Vape Cartel silence

I have not received my parcel 13 days later. TheCourierGuy lost it and referred me back to Vape Cartel (after suggesting they would refund me and then pulling back from it). I have sent 3 emails to Vape Cartel since Friday last week, including a web message today and no one gets back to me, hence my HelloPeter review. The order was for R1710. I am not prepared to just write it off. I have been supporting them for about 3 years and am now left with my hands in my hair. I don't know where to turn to.
