I ordered a few eliquids and a new mod online. I was sent the wrong colour mod. It was pink and I did not want it pink. I emailed Vape Cartel, within 10 minutes Christie had rep**** and very soon after I got an email regarding shipping of the correct item. Christie was so pleasant and apologetic for the error.
