Terrible Customer Service!

<p>I'm honestly at wits end. I handed my vape in for fixing as it was still under warrantee, after much phoning, smsing, whatsapping, and ripping my hair out, I received it back 2,5 months later! I tested it and the exact same thing was still wrong with it so I couriered it back. It's now another month and I'm phoning them every single day, emailing, they keep promising something will happen and nothing ever does. I want my money back and to never think or hear of this Vape Cartel store again! Beware for the customer service after you've bought something from their online store!</p>
