Selling old stock Vape CArtel

Bought from Vape Cartel NCV Ripple - tasted it the day I got and the taste was off. Got in contact with Kieran the owner told him about this and he told me will get back to me as he is not the manufacturer. I took it to myself to get in contact with NCV and they confirmed that the stock was old that was sold as this was off the market. Forwarded this mail to Kieran and told me that he can't do anything about it as the product is 50% off. No wonder they selling products cheaper. How is this keeping your customers happy. The main fact is how can you sell old stock and don't care.
