Poor service

Poor service from this place. Was told my parcel would be by me this past Saturday but that never happened. Today is Monday evening and I still haven't received it! Contacted Vape Cartel and asked for assistance but was ignored! You would think that you as the owner of a business would want to keep their customers happy especially the economy being what it is,especially during this pandemic which is making it worse for businesses! But I guess they couldn't be bothered about bad reviews and business/money lost during these uncertain times! I will be sure to inform everyone I know never to do business with Vape Cartel!
