Ignoring customers and slow delivery

Made an online purchase by them over a weekend. Package was only packed late afternoon on Monday. Package arrived on Friday afternoon. Throughout the process I tried contacting via different means, but to this day still haven’t got an reply. Bad customer service. Bad choice in shipping company. I would not recommend having dealings with them.
