Disappointment on Insurer's intent to cancel my policy on 3 storm claim damages registered and approved

I Joined VANTAGE INSURANCE ACCEPTANCE, underwriter for Santam in April 2021, just after 2 years of owning a brand new Volvo V40 2019 model. The insurer, through PSG brokers, was so proactive and excellent in dealing with my claims until today when they ditched me due to 5 claims registered with them (of which 3 of those were natural causes/incidents that I could not have possibly avoided). The other 2 were incidents that did not involve other cars. They never rejected any of my claims and I never missed a single premium as I was covered for comprehensive car and home content.

I was beginning to advocate for them and even referred my friends and colleagues to PSG to obtain quotes from Vantage Insurance Acceptances for they were efficiency, classy and understanding. Their claim registration was made very easy and hassle free. But after the e-mail I got today for 31 days notice, intending to cancel my policy, I am very disappointed and would not want anybody to go through this ordeal.

My broker, PSG even tried to write to them, requesting not cancelling the policy but perhaps add an additional excess, unfortunately our request was denied by the insurer.
